When should I contact you to discuss the flowers for my event?
It depends on your wedding date. For the busiest times of the year (May/June & September/October) the earlier you contact us the better. 8-10 months before your wedding date is usually sufficient to secure our services. However, quite often our clients will contact us to begin the process up to 12 months before the event. We have also planned gorgeous events for clients in a much tighter time frame- two weeks and in one case even just a few days! Because we book an extremely limited number of events don't put off calling us too long.
Do you have a minimum to book a wedding?
No. Some of our weddings consist only of a bride's bouquet, while others have bouquets for multiple bridal attendants and dozens of reception centerpieces and decorations.
What is your service area?
We don't really have a limit as to where we go for weddings. We have done several destination and out of state weddings as well as some just an hour or two away. There will be an extra delivery and pickup fee (aside from the usual fee) to cover costs in travel.
Do you offer other decor items besides flowers?
Yes! We are happy to offer a wide variety of rental decor items for exclusive use of Green's Floral clients. Including vases of all shapes and sizes, custom-made iron and birch arches, candelabras in several different styles, mercury votives, pillar candles- just to name a few. Several of our rentals are specially designed to fit the decor of the venues we work at most often.
I live out of town. Can I send you a deposit to hold my wedding date on your calendar and then meet with you closer to the big day to go over the details?
Absolutely! We require a deposit of $50 without a consultation to hold your date on Green's calendar (credited towards your balance). We can then solidify details and make decor choices when it is convenient for your schedule.
Can I supply my own vases?
We have a selection of vases in varying price ranges available in our shop, which can be used for your table arrangements. Some brides prefer to purchase their own vases, in which case we would adjust the centerpieces accordingly.
Have you worked at my venue before?
Green's is proud to not only have worked at most of the wedding venues in our area, we are happy to be on the referral lists of many of the area's event spaces. But, if we have not worked at your venue before, we would be happy to do a site visit with you or meet with the venue staff ourselves.
Is parking available at your store?
We have on-street parking in front of our store. We also have a parking lot behind our building off of Orchard Ave, right before our building. You may enter through the back as well.
